My second time at True You Hot Yoga, with my sister Dora who's been a member for a long time. It's an incredible feeling powering through the hot room, drench in sweat, feeling & hearing ur beat and completing the class. Incredible instructors and GREAT VIBES here. Big fan and i will continue for my best self.

Been coming here for about 10 years. Teachers all have their own unique style, but keep the integrity of the class being taught. Everyone is friendly, personable, reassuring and truly care. My 2nd family!
