True you and Dr. Ortiz are awesome! I recently had a CT scan done on my abdomen at a local hospital and found out I had fatty liver disease. They ran some blood tests and said I was “in the normal range” but I needed to eat better before it’s too late for my liver. Naturally, I freaked out. I asked the Dr.what I can do to treat it and he said “the only way to treat it and reverse it, is diet and exercise. ” So I started to go on walks and tried to eat right. I was able to bring my weight down about 6lbs from 180. I was feeling discouraged after all I had done, I only lost a few pounds over the course of 3 months. I was ready to just give up. Soon after, my wife heard about a 7 day liver detox that was starting in August at True You. Like everything else I’ve tried, I didn’t want to do it. But she encouraged me to try it and I’m glad I did. I followed it to a T and over the course of the 7 days I lost 9lbs and I’m down to 165! Dr. Nicole Ortiz is incredible! It is just so refreshing to be seen by a doctor that makes you feel cared for, understood and heard. I started with Dr. Nicole to understand what was going on with my body after having a baby and I'm so glad I did - I've never felt better. I'm sleeping better, eating better and feeling better. The office (more like a lounge) is friendly and inviting, the staff is amazing as well!
What I can't stress enough is that Dr. Nicole really takes time with you. I love that she consistently continuing her education, and that you can walk out of your appointment learning about natural healing and care for your body.

Over the last year I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Nina Campanga. She has been amazing, thorough, compassionate, and understanding. Unfortunately, the last 3 year have been extremely tough on my body and spirit, as my health began to drastically declined. At the end of March 2019, I was snowboarding and re-injured my cervical spine which is now my 5th major cervical sprain. I have been an avid snowboarder for the past 18 years suffering many minor injuries. I have also been in 3 motor vehicle accidents where I was rear ended causing whiplash. For the injury in March I went to my local orthopedist and they referred me for physical therapy. I knew based on the severity of my symptoms I needed an MRI. I had an MRI ordered only to discover that I had a C2/C3, C4/C5 herniated discs. I feel fantastic and since treatment I have been able to jog, play rec.coed soccer, ride my horse, golf, backpack with a 40lb pack over 10 miles, and this all wouldn’t be happening without this treatment. I'll be honest, before this treatment my pain was so bad I had to consider how I would feel when I woke up in the morning and if I would even be able to go to work and make it through the day without being extremely fatigued from pain, irritable, and waiting for the first moment to lay down to rest my neck or take a hot shower to relax my muscles. Dr. Nina Campagna is an terrific Dr.has has helped me tremendously. I have been struggling with low energy. She diagnosed some other related issues, helped me to change my diet, and prescribed both medication and supplements that have increased my energy level and overall health tremendously. She's very knowledgable and takes a personalized and thoughtful approach to each visit and status update. I have moved away but I am still being treated by her. Dr. Nina Campagna is fantastic! I had a debilitating right hip that was causing me tons of pain, and after one injection of PRP with growth factors I almost instantly felt relief which has continued.
