This company has a terrific approach and after Covid I fell behind on one of my accounts which caused me to take a hit on my credit report and the last thing I needed was some abusive collection agency barking at me. I like the fact that this company is friendly and don't talk to people in a hostile tone. They are understanding and gave me the flexibility to pay my debt down and I'm fixing credit issues monitoring scores and I see a difference. I have no idea if they call a bunch of times because I don't answer calls I don't know. Emails back n forth are great.
