Shelby has been an incredible resource for me. She is quick in her response, transparent, communicative, supportive, kind and just an all around wonderful recruiter. I can't say that enough. I have been on a journey looking for work where I can offer white glove EA service, and this field is definitely competitive making it tough to begin with. However Shelby is amazing at what she does, she is attentive and cares about the candidate and the employer, and an expert at matching companies with candidates. I trust her entirely in finding great positions because she really focuses on what you are looking for without the pressure. With that being said, I was set up with some interviews with great feedback and I felt well guided through the entire process. Each time I felt like I was well informed and prepped by Shelby enough to be confident in the role I was presented with. They either create fake job posts or steal posts from companies to try and recruit for them. You are more likely to generate interviews yourself, if you put in the effort. These people will just still your cover and resume info and never follow up.

This being my first experience with landing a job through a recruitment process, I had an amazing experience from start to finish (considering I finished with accepting the role, I would say it was a great finish)!

Bonita was extremely attentive, patient in answering all my questions/concerns, and knowledgeable about the company which put me at ease going into this entire process. She took the time to listen and understand what I considered priorities when deciding to move forward with looking into a new role and really made sure both the employer and I would be a good fit. She also made sure check-in multiple times throughout my interview process to make sure I wasn't going into anything blindly, which was very reassuring!
