Great variety of foods at breakfast. Indoor and outdoor. Adult beverages available. Heated outdoor area. Only drawback is parking. Sometimes hard to find.

Was looking for a new spot I hadn't been and so glad I stumbled upon this gem. I got the pork cutlets and was not disappointed at all. Over exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back for brunch but need to see what dinners all about now too. I had taken one bite and had to get a picture.

Tapas more please! Bring friends share and comment as the food melts in your mouth. Ask for Patrick he is the best! The paper plane might be your new drink this year. Get it here they make a good one. Wife loved the fish dishes and doesn't care for fish.

The food was great and the servers were very nice but we had a reservation at 12: 15 and didn’t get seated until 1: 00. And this was after a group who came in after us got seated before us. I understand it was busy but waiting for almost an hour to be seated even with a reservation is kind of absurd.

Been coming here for years, its an outstanding restaurant. The Chef is amazing, he has a unique way of tying together many flavors to create an incredible experience for your pallet. The staff is wonderful, every single time I have brought friends and dates, its been a fantastic experience. Both dinner and brunch are highly recommended!

This place deserves a Michelin star. Food was delicious, and service was so catering for our party of 10. Ordered about 3-4 items for each section; all were delish. Can’t wait to go back.

Get the whole branzino, rib eye, beet salad, scallops, clams, cauliflower.

Delicious food! Though if I'm honest it's pricey for what you get. Definitely a good spot for a special brunch or birthday.

The (very) good: the dishes are delicious, with a great variety of flavors and textures. Loved the toast with chicken liver and the oxtail raviolini in particular.
The (kinda) bad: the portions are very small considering their price; be prepared to order several per person. Also, the outdoor table area we were first seated smelled strongly of urine. We asked to move, and the second area smelled slightly less of urine.
The WILD: they automatically include an additional 4% “living wage” charge to “support increased wages and benefits” — you can request it be removed, though I understand why that might feel awkward.

The food and service are top-notch. Huge shout out and thanks to Dbora and Kendall for making our experience wonderful.

Went for a date night. This is a tapas, shared plated style restaurant. About 3-4 dishes are good for two people. The food is really good! We got the plum and feta salad, Barramundi salad, chicken liver toast and Take Five dessert. Everything was delicious and we left stuffed. It is a pretty expensive restaurant though; for us two everything plus a bottle of wine cost $200 + tip. But nonetheless I recommend!

Great well lit space and patio to enjoy brunch. Overall food was appetizing to the eyes. Had the egg white scramble which was good, but very much on the salty side.

Sunday Brunch was amazing. Had steak and eggs and eggs and hash. Started with the sticky bun. Don't skip the bun.
Compound butter on the steak was wonderful.
Round it all out with a bloody mary.

First time dining at Trust, amazing experience. The food was perfectly crafted, beautiful and absolutely delicious. Our server was amazing as well, super approachable to talk to, gave us awesome feedback on what to try. Definitely coming back. Sidenote the agnolotti and the take five dessert were spot on!

Best breakfast/brunch restaurant I've tried.
We were a moderately big group and had the opportunity to order several different dishes. They were all outstanding.
Our server was very attentive and great overall.

Easily my favorite restaurant in San Diego. I am from the east coast but make it a point to always visit Trust at least once while I’m out in SD. Never been disappointed for dinner or brunch.

Finally went to try this place, and thought the food was tasty (but portions v small). However, we were outside on the patio, and the very slow service, small portions, and noisy double buses, driving by every 25min were not good for our experience. Also note the mandatory 24% tip added for groups

Most delicious food in all of San Diego! Every dish is amazing, particularly the Cauliflower, Shrimp & Sausage and Hush Puppies. We've been here a few times and we will 1000% be coming back.

Our wait time for food was 40 minutes and the steak was over done and dry. I was told one type of fruit and brought another and I got no toast on my plate. Instagram speaks highly of this place but the mark was certainly missed today. No what I expected for brunch on vacation. 1 and done for us!

Overall I do really like trust, always great service, food, etc. The drinks are good as well as the food, and I’ve tried almost everything on the menu (dinner wise). Definitely a bit pricey but it’s nice when you want to treat yourself to some good flavorful foods! The restaurant is mostly tapas style which is cool because you can share a lot of plates without spending too much money, so it gives you a chance to try a lot of the menu! Caesar was my waiter and he was so great, he has plenty of good suggestions and attentive but let’s you have your privacy to eat and enjoy the meal. Trust is definitely a spot I will keep coming back too. Feels like a nice atmosphere with great foods without being super pretentious.

Almost all food we ordered had too much salt, couldn’t finish our dishes and went to another restaurant cause we were hungry. Disappointed
