Getting coupons by mail with great deals. After a while I decided to give it a try and went to get a synthetic oil change.ended living my car for some other issues and they offered me a ride to work. Finished the work on time, very friendly and professional staff. I’ll go again

They are great this is the second time they help me out both times have been big jobs. One broken axel once and a misfiring engine the second time. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by. Especially when dealing with mechanics, one of the reasons I don't like going to get my car repaired is because of dishonesty. Juan, the owner really does care about his customers. I won't go into detail, however, I had some issues happen and juan took care of the situation more than I could have imagined. He absolutely did not have to help me out how he did. Mechanics need more business owners like Juan. His Priority wasnt to get my money. It was to make things right for me. Thank you!

Cannot say Enough Good things about Trustlane automotive. Antonio, Joel, and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! Brought my Volkswagen Jetta for a smog and oil change, was immediately greeted my Antonio he said my car would be about 2hrs so I decided to wait. The waiting area is very clean and well stocked with Water, tea, coffee and even some small Snacks. This is probably the BEst service center in Monterey County.

Remember when service was being treated as a valued customer? Trustlane Automotive brings back that feeling. Go ahead, use that Oil Change coupon (where else can you got at that price) and you will see what I mean. 2023, another great experience with Smog!

I highly recommend this business! I’ve had several vehicles worked on here. I’ve never had any problems with the work. We all know how expensive mechanic work is but their prices have always come under any other quotes I’ve gotten. Finally the service writer staff, Joel, Antonio, and especially Brenda are more than Excellent. The owner should be very proud of the business he has built. I won’t go anywhere else.
