Joseph Tsang is the man for all TN questions, He helped me a lot regarding TN questions on project transfer, inquires on getting another TN and waiting time between projects with same employer. There are lots of wrong information passing through from job agencies/consultancies in US regarding TN and it is always better to consult him for maintaining TN status legally or even getting new TN. He is very knowledgeable and always ready to suggest solutions as per USCIS TN visa rules and regulations.
