5Located right next to 24 hour fitness in San Juan Capistrano off Ortega Highway. Building was easy to find and there is a lot of parking available, shaded parked too! Nice fountain feature in front of entrance makes for a nice environment. Amy at TSG is amazing. She's on top of everything you ask of her! Welcome to the team Amy!
Not helpful. They do not answer email/calls.takes forever to get an answer for something.

I’m a very easy going person but this just makes me frustrated.
I’m just reply you with the facts.
1. We have asked our real estate agent (I forgot her name but I can find out) do we need any approval from HOA before starting renovation the place, she stated that we don’t need notify the HOA as long as we are not changing the layout of the unit. This is before we bought the place.
2. My contractor was there on 6/10 to start the renovation and then stopped the same day after receiving a CEASE AND DESIST letter from TSG.
3. I submitted the ARC application on 6/15, waited two weeks (on 6/28 or 6/29) then called TSG to check the status, being told that I need to pay $500 in order to get my application reviewed by architect, the HOA won’t take look at my application before receive the money. This is already after 14 days my application submitted to TSG.
4. I followed up by multiple emails and calls, still not getting any answer as of today 7/15.
Won't fix damages on the outside of your unit after 2 months but will tow your car after 3 days without notice if you just don't move it for a weekend. Call for help and you'll get 4 or 5 transfers / wrong numbers before being put through to the wrong person's voicemai. On the off chance you get the right person they'll say "You should have read our inoperable website for that information"
You definitely get what you pay for with them as an HOA - low payments, low returns, virtually useless.
My experience as a vendor has been that TSG Property Management is the exception in that they are true advocates for the communities they serve.
Professional in request to vendors but also upfront about accountable and required performance. They make the cut
Receptionist has no people skill. When asked to speak with an specific AE, she will ignore you and ask you tons of questions before asking you to do something else totally unrelated the the purpose of the call. Then rudely end the call (transfer) when being called out to please transfer as requested. She should not represent the conpany.
