Appointment needed. Really impressive display of tubs, toilets, faucets, and more. The amount of tubs (50? 60? 70?) to look at is very impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Prices and selection you can not beat. However, customer service is shocking! First made an appt with a Havana to see some tubs. She spent maybe 5 minutes with us and that was it. I tried to correspond with her via email about a tub we wanted to purchase. Could never get a response. Would never call back or email back. I ended up getting a tub at Splashworks in Willow Glen. A tab more expensive, but customer service was amazing. I decides to give Tubz another go as I had to order all my plumbing fixtures and I knew the price would be right at Tubz. Tried Bahvna again. No response. Finally got her colleague Jeremy, who was great at the beginning. Made a considerable purchase with him. Need to re-order sinks now and complete silence. I’ve called and emailed multiple times and radio silence. Not even a quick email to say I’m busy. I will get to you in a few days. I’m SO done with such horrible customer service that I will be ordering my sinks from Splashworks. So frustrating!

Great showroom for people who want to see, touch and feel before they buy. The folks there are experts and, in particular, after the sale, Ana has been fantastic about contacting manufacturers on our behalf. We’ll be back when we decide to renovate our other bathroom for sure.

It's a really good n premium store for Tubs, Led Mirrors, Shower systems etc. They have good quality stuff n good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely poorly run business; they don't deserve your money.

We had our initial appointment with Jeremy (which went okay), and we tried to call and follow up to provide our payment information for the order but they literally don't have a phone number. You cannot reach anyone by phone, only email.

We tried to email Jeremy over a period of 4 weeks (yes an entire month) to no response.

We eventually ordered everything we could from a different store (they were not perfect either, but at least we could call them?), but we still had just two items that we still needed to order from Tubz. Eventually, I set up another appointment and went IN PERSON to provide my payment information due to the lack of response over email.

It took them over an hour to transfer the two items from my old invoice and order them.

We're now missing a small part with our order, and they are again impossible to reach.

Please take your business somewhere else, for your own sanity!

Best place to shop for all things bath related. They do have products for the kitchen but definitely go there for bathroom stuff. It was great for us because we got to try bath tubs, feel faucet handles, visually compare different products right there on the spot. Be prepared to be overwhelmed because the place is huge and the products they carry is extensive. Aside from our 1 hr allocated time with a sales associate, we were able to continue shopping on our own. We walked away with good options and will be waiting on emails for products we are interested in. Btw, the facility has no windows so it will get hot in there especially during the summer months. They have huge ceiling fans that circulate air but it got hot quick and it's only May. Anyway, we plan to return and solidify our selection for a definite purchase.

Won't allow walk-ins, must have appointments otherwise they won't let you in. Don't waste your time

It says open 10-3 today. Drove here at 12 pm and its closed already. Nobody picks up the phone. Time should be updated online.

Welp. I wish they still had the Oakdale location. It is where I first met this company. Today I drove from Merced only to find out that now we need an appt. Earliest appt would've been next week.
Gianna was helpful because I told her I was planning/hoping to purchase, however my 800$ tub that I previously saw on another visit was not a thing that was stocked.the only thing in the size I wanted was for almost 1400; that's quite the difference. I was bummed. Should've just called and saved myself the 4+/gallon gas that I wasted.and my day off.
Good news though, I found what I needed - IN STOCK- in Fresno. #ontheroadagain #lessonslearned

Bunch of liars in one place! Do yourself a favor and stay away! Customer service is the worse I ever experience. They deliver broken items and not willing to replace them. I had a really bad experience working with Tubz

Covid 19 precautions require all visitors to call in advance for an appointment in order to visit the showroom. The showroom itself has hundreds of tubs on display, plus faucets, vanities and more. One of he few places you can go to test out a tub for fit before you buy. Closed on weekends and only open until 3 on the weekdays. Plan ahead!

Picked up a new bath tub. Quite simple process. Told them my last name and they found the order. They loaded the tub into my Yukon for me. Since there was a line of pick-ups waiting I pulled into the parking lot and finished securing the tub. Took less time than I expected!

This place is great. Because of Covid you have to make an appointment. But then you have a personal salesperson to answer all your questions. The staff is very helpful

The lady at the entrance was nice. However, I took a number and then wandered for an hour. After an hour the number they were serving hadn't changed even once. And there were salespeople just sitting at their desks. I gave up because there were supposedly 11 people ahead of me. Not worth the long drive down here.
