The design app was easy to work. The only thing I would change is the option to rotate the interior furnishing. The selection of options and upgrades provided me with what I needed, and the Desing Consultant, Karen Pitzeruse, was very proactive in making some design suggestions that made the final design awesome! Thank you, Karen, and Tuff Shed! The follow up from Karen was great. I highly recommend Tuff Shed!

Karen Pitzeruse at Tuff Shed’s Old Town San Diego location worked with my wife and me, guiding us through the a shed design and building process. She is a real pro.

We met with Karen at the India Street location to discuss sheds for our side yard. Karen had done research in advance of our meeting to determine the laws/rules for our community. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. We feel confident with the decisions we made with her assistance.

Karen helped me pick out the right shed. Everything looks good and install went well. So far so good.

We're a few months into having our new shed and really enjoy it. We played around with the online system to customize a shed, but really wanted to see some in person and speak with an actual person. We swung by the location on India St.and had a great experience working with Karen P. She was knowledgable, helpful, and let us take all the time we needed without trying to up-sell us on things we didn't need/want. Karen also contacted the GM to help us get our existing shed removed as part of the whole process. There were a few minor things we wanted addressed post-install, and Karen was again really helpful in coordinating it all. We'll see how it ages, but we're please now and appreciate the wonderful customer service.

Karen is a joy to work with. Knowledgable, helpful, professional guidance. She even came out to our to check out the site. I highly recommend her. Also, the shed was inadvertantly painted the wrong trim. Arturo came out the following week and did a great job.

I was really surprised at the speed of installation from when I finalized my design to when they had the install ready. The fact that it went up in a day is just crazy.
