I’ve been purchasing appliances here for over 2O years, my children and now grandchildren have all been customers too. Their repair services are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service skills. Always have the parts handy needed to fix, washers, dryers, refrigerators and freezers. They even come out in the rain; my washer needed repair; it was pouring rain, they came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Best prices in town. I haven’t purchased a new appliance in years…. Tuffy is a great guy who knows what hes doing in this business. Ive known him for years and always called him when one of my appliances has a problem and he always finds a solution. Ill stick with him.

LG fridge with the linear compressor blew up.called the shop and the lady said he’d be out same day.tuffy came out, he didn’t call to make sure anyone was home but he apologized for that upon introduction and i was home anyways.told me what it would cost and he had the parts with him.made sure it wasn’t a slow leak that the compressor wouldn’t fix and explained other potential problems i might have with the POS LG.left some small wire clippings on the floor but not a big deal.fridge is fixed

Just wanted to say thank you to Sal. He came through with the time patience and kindness I could only hope for as a mom with a full house hold in dire need of clean clothes. He fixed the problem in no time.
Definitely would recommend his services.

I went to get a salvage part, the very knowledgeable technician disassembled my dryer timer and fixed it in 2 minutes and handed it back. Great shop.

They don't usually carry Samsung dryers parts, but they were helpful repairing my dryer's idler pulley from salvaged parts

The guys in there are great. Bought a washer from them, they delivered it and hooked it up. Pretty cool guys

Got washer and Dryer 4 months ago for 400 dollars my mom bought it as a gift and the dryer went completely out I called them and told them and they said the warranty is done they will charge 90 to come out again this is sad now I'm stuck with dryer and I have 4 kids

I bought my appliance there and not less then a month it started through water in the inside and yes it cost me money so what do u want me to say, good things or what because this buisness you run is ripping off people and there money please people do not go there your fridge will brake in less then a month buying it….

Called for service two days before Christmas for a gas leak in my dryer. Was told they could not get out to my house until the following week. I thanked them, but told them I could not wait and that I would have to call around for someone that could come earlier.

We hung up. They called back and told me that they would come tomorrow. They wanted to make sure I was going to be at the house since it was Christmas Eve. I said, I'll forego going out of town to see my family if they were really going to come. They said not to worry and that they would.

They never showed up. I called another company that said they would show up first thing the day after Christmas, so I couldn't leave even on Christmas day because I wanted to make sure I was home in time the following morning.

Tuffy's didn't even give me the courtesy of calling to say they couldn't make it. Days later and they still haven't.

Thanks for ruining the holidays for me Tuffy.

The man who came out to my house to look at my washer was kind and knowledgeable. I will be using Tuffy's in the future!
