Great customer service! Had roof installed by Tugwell several years ago. A small section of flashing came loose. Within days they sent Fernando out to fix the problem, replacing nails with screws. Not only did he fix the problem, he also went around and put screws in all the flashings on the roof. Fernando should be recognized for his friendly service, professionalism, expertise and solid customer service. Thank you Tugwell.

After 20 years of service and several large hailstorms our roof was in need of replacement.

We went through the bid and re-bid process with three different local roofing companies. Ultimately we selected Tugwell Roofing and we are glad we did. Tugwell presented the best combination of pricing and quality products. However, it was the service we received that ultimately brought our business to Tugwell.

David Covington was our salesman, estimator and project manager. He took the time to explain the variations in products, styles, energy efficiency and installation techniques. Some of my questions were answered via email or text message well after business hours. Mr. Covington and Tugwell worked with us on pricing and changes to the scope of the work. As we went along we added, gutter screens, ridge venting and replaced skylights.

This was a large project consisting of a main house and two other buildings. Tugwell's crew had the entire project completed in just three days. The clean up at the end of each day and at the end of the project was thorough.

We would use Tugwell again and recommend them without reservation.

This company is great. They listen to what you are asking respond to that then provide additional details of their expertise on what else you may want to consider. Great company to work with, job done great in a efficient time frame and everything was cleaned up after the job was done! Would recommend to anyone needing roof or rain gutters. Charge me $12,000 and told me that they could replace my chimney top pipe. That’s what the estimator told us. Now we stuck with a broken chimney pipe. It’s now been 3 years we call a chimney guy and they told us it will be $3500 to replace the pipe

David is very nice and professional. He managed to fit in our roof inspection, despite the fact that he had a 2 week back log, for my fast escrow. Not only that but he is so customer service oriented that he got back to our request even though it was later in the evening. We had our roof installed by Tugwell just over a month ago. We were so pleased with the entire process. Initially, David, their estimator, arrived on time, was thorough and honest. It did take some time to finally have all the work scheduled since they are so busy right now. Once it was scheduled everything ran smoothly. The project leader, Cody, was very good with communication and kept us informed during the tear-off and installation. The work crews were professional and fast! I was amazed that the roof installation only took one day. After all the work was completed both David and Cody followed up with us. I highly recommend Tugwell Roofing's services. Tugwell replaced my roof this week. David handled my project to get it scheduled and get the details ironed out. He dropped samples by the house for me to choose my color. They use a quality product with many colors to choose from. He was professional, prompt, and responsive. Cody was the project manager during the installation. He was informative, pointing out what needed to be replaced and gave me updates on the timeline for completion. All the workers were polite and worked efficiently, only taking one day to remove the old roof and make repairs and then a 2nd day to install the new roof. They left my property just as they found it, not a scrap of debris to be found. Best of all, the roof looks great! The seams are perfect and the roof caps are even and cover the paintline. I couldnt be happier with the results. Thank you David, Cody, and all the other workers. You all did a great job!

Both the tear off and roofing teams did an excellent job for us! I was kept well informed by both sales and service teams. Managers were easily accessible and onsitecat least once each day.
