Don't be intimidated by city hall! Staff are there to help or point you in the right direction.

The clerks are rude and when you walk in and talk to someone it's like it's a hassle that they have to help you. I do business throughout all of the central valley and deal with every city hall office in the valley and Tulare city hall has the rudest people working there I have ever met. I do not recommend this place.

Pretty good people there. Just don't go after 3 pm as there is only one person working

They answered my call immediately. I am a first time home owner so I appreciate the fact that they were very helpful and patient with me, explaining the process of applying for a permit.
