Rude and overpriced, almost every time you come up to request service or a diagnosis, you're met with a disgruntled owner who appears to hate the customers who keep his business open.
Overall tour typical local mechanic that attempts to take advantage of individuals who lack mechanical knowledge in order to make an easy buck. Steer clear and find yourself another mechanic or learn how to do the work yourself. I learned it the hard way when I was younger and lost some money before learning to do it myself.
Our family has been using this Tune Craft for over 20 years and they have always taken good care of us. Honesty and great service. They back what they do. We only go to other mechanics when we must or we am not in San Diego. I live in Lemon Grove, but I used to live in City Heights, we will go out of our way to use this shop.
