Beautiful community, their playground is pretty awesome, excellent customer service, the gym is a plus and as you walk in to the office I love that it had that homey feel. Monica is very professional I definitely recommend this property

I can honestly say that Tuolumne Village in Parlier is a good place for a family that is growing, environment is safe and friendly. But I have to speak on the outstanding staff they have that go over and beyond for each family that become residence, office staff to maintenance are amazingly friendly and kind. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to each family in making them feel at home and safe.

Safe and secure place to live. Landscaping and maintenance are on top of things. Thanks to great management (Monica & Robert). Play ground, laundry mat, fitness room are available super clean and generally well maintained. The families here are very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend living here.
