TURLOCK CITY TOW

Very horrible service in office and belongings missing in my vehicle. Will never use their service if I can help it. I don't even want to give 1 star.

Mr. Able came very fast, and was super friendly. I appreciate his customer service, better than I expected during this time. This guy deserves a raise.

I had a little accident in which I high-centered my car on a high curb. I called AAA and they sent Turlock City Tow our to help. Two gentlemen came out. (Sorry, I didn't get their names, but it was around 2: 30 pm on 7/13/20) They were very professional & quickly got my car off the curb. I appreciated their kindness, especially since it was around 102 degrees out. Nice job, guys! Thanks!

We needed to be towed to our tire shop and AAA dispatched JB from City Tow. He came faster than the time framed that was quoted and was super polite and efficient. I enjoyed his company on the way to the tire shop. Thank you JB and city tow for getting my vehicle and I where we needed to be.

Got on a car accident, my car was towed by them and when I came back to pick up my stuff it was missing. They said they are not liable and blamed TPD.

Put a request in at 8am. Had an ETA for 9am. It is now 10am still no show. Called the company twice, both times they said they were in route 15-20min. My car is only 2 miles away from there shop. HELLO! DO THEY ONLY HAVE 1 TOW TRUCK. WORTHLESS COMPANY. DONT USE. You are better off calling for a tow out of city limits. If your insurance carrier uses them, please tell them to find another company.

Don’t use this company, just don’t. It’s not worth the hassle. I called for a locked key situation. They said they would be there in 10, no one showed up.ever. Luckily Fransiscos Towing is very responsive and helpful. I suggest them!

My Truck broke down. I called for tow they told me they have tow truck on route should be there in 40 mins and still no show I called again they said 10-30mins so I waited and still no show so I called back again they said 45to 50 mins out.i been waiting for a tow for at least 3hrs.i will never use them again.

Joel was most professional and kind and called twice prior to his arrival to insure that I knew I was not alone
He was a delight to travel with and took my car and myself 90 miles delivering it to the shop of my choice and my family
He is an excellent example for the company and I would highly recommend this company should anyone need assistance in the area

My brother is locked out of his car. I'm not there, I'm 25 miles away. I tell them I want to send them out and I'll pay with my card. Sorry, they say, we don't take cards over the phone. Phone payments are one of the simplest, basic functions of a good business

Sat in the hot scorching sun for about 20 mins before i could even get off of hold then an hour waiting for the Tow to come time took wayyy to long and was unreasonable for the price i am unsatisfied.

My radiator broke while driving back from Sacramento to Visalia Ca. It happened in Turlock Ca during a 107 heat wave. The AAA dispatch sent a tow truck (City Tow) the drivers name is Angel. He was such a gentleman. He towed my two young nieces and I to a mechanic and then he made sure we got a hotel for the night. He even helped carry our bags. Thank you Angel and City towing for hiring such wonderful employees!

After a number hic ups on our trip - we got to top it off with wheel barring problems on hwy 99 AAA sent this company out and I can not say enough about how courteous, helpful, and professional their service driver Tom was. I recommend a call to these people when your hic ups turn in to something much worse. THANK YOU TOM - you were the best!

These guys, hands down, without a doubt in my mind are THE BEST in town. They run in Turlock, Patterson, Livingston and Merced! They're clean, courteous and genuinely good people. Don't go with anyone else but these guys!
