First time at this office. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the hygienistsabd dentist super informative and sweet.
The whole staff were efficient, and the office is clean and modern, making it a good experience.

They're always so kind and patient. Have been going to them for about 2 years and I haven't had problems. Very understanding people.

Beautiful office, state of the art equipment & very friendly staff! My wait was a little longer than the 1st time I went in but I was treated well & the experience was better than I have sometimes had at other dental offices. The Invisalign girl was awesome! Explained everything very well! I would recommend this place to everyone for their dental care!

Turlock Family Dentristry is awesome. They treat their patients just like Family. They are kind and considerate. They are careful when you have special issues with your teeth. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a dentist.

Unfortunately, I really like to actually love this place, but I'm giving them this review because the front receptionist lady is super rude. I had to call to reschedule my kids' appointment, and she was very rude. She said, "Why are u canceling? Are they sick or something.we have a 48-hour cancelation policy! Like seriously, what if I had a death in the family, and that's how you ask the question! Normally, I won't even brother with writing a review, but this is not the first time she's been rude. It's the main front receptionist.

Had the best hygienist today, as it was pain free. Love this place, the staff, the cleanliness and friendliness. Want her again! Thanks!

I've been a patient of Turlock Family Dentistry for about 5 years. I love this place. The staff are friendly and professional. The building is beautiful inside and out. I never wait too long in the lobby to be seen for my appointment. My dentist Dr Amethyst is always straight forward with me, and great about fixing issues with my teeth. Melissa, my dental hygienist, does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Turlock Family Dentistry!

Been a customer for many years now. I've had multiple treatments performed here, from cleanings, cavity removals, crowns and invisalign. I am supper happy with the results. My teeth are healthier, and my smile looks 100x better than in the past. It’s always an amazing experience every time I go get my cleanings. The staff is very nice and polite. They make me feel like I'm part of their family. They are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences while visiting the dentist. From front office personnel making me feel dumb to dentists who made me feel bad about my teeth, and just straight up bad procedures that I’ve had to get redone. I can say this confidently that Turlock Family Dentistry is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the great front office, to the dental assistant’s, hygienists and surgeons I’ve never felt more welcomed and my concerns listened to. Every procedure has been done with professionalism and courtesy. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, they are great.

This is a wonderful place! First and foremost, they are professional and do a wonderful job in all areas. What sets them apart is their professionalism when checking you out billing you and trying to help you whenever they can. If for some reason you’re stuck on a payment they work with you. They’ve even been very generous. I can’t say enough about them you won’t be disappointed!

Always happy to be taken care of by this staff. I have been going there for years and no matter who attends me they are always pleasant and nice to work with. I'm transferring my children here so they can receive the same treatment/experience as I have.
