Turner Security Systems reviews
5One of their security trucks blinds me with their lights if I stay in my car more than five minutes (seeing spots after they leave for awhile) I’m just at the gym and I’m here all the time. Why the need to do that? It’s a pain and so unnecessary. I’m writing this as it’s happening haha - again
Reginald A.is awesome! He's my go to whenever I have issues and he's always come through for me, even though he's not supposed to be my first point of contact. His knowledge and customer service is the main reason why my company is sticking with Turner. Thanks Reggie, you're the man!
They’re efficient and reliable service, there’s better security companies than them
20 plus years of doing business with Turner. We have never complained Never had a problem. We found out our security system hadn't been working for months yet we were still being charged and never notified of the problem. When I called to resolve the issue my calls were never returned the manager was in a meeting everyday at all hours of the day so he was unavailable to speak to. When I finally got fed up of trying to resolve the issue I called to cancel and the receptionist was completely rude to me. I wouldn't recommend them anymore.
Turner Security has valiantly served and protected my family owned business for the past 2 years. However, a recent encounter with a security has tainted my view of them indefinitely and I cannot trust them. I was bringing my dog into work and a Turner security guard (Beto) was parked outside. He stepped out of his car to greet me. My dog barked at him, at which Beto violently retaliated, kicking and yelling at it. I pulled my dog back to de-escalate the situation, but I lost hold of my dogs leash. Without hesitation, Beto drew a firearm (which I believe was not given to him by the company) and fired 4 shots into my dog, killing it on the scene.
