Shout out to Nicole, Daniel and the rest of Turner's Outdoorsman crews. They are amazing, very patient and answered all my questions. Just picked up my very first pistol right before father's day. I love it! Highly definitely recommend.

I went to have my newell 646 spun up with fresh line. Dave at the tackle knows his stuff. While he was working my reel, saw a famialar face it was the skipper of the western pride outa newport we bs a bit. Nice outfit over the years has served us well. Hats off to Daxe tackle

Presently in the store, walked into get a $100 worth of Magazines & happily walked out $500 lighter but very happy to do so because of Matt Duong, my Salesperson - no Pressure but excellent ideas.

I walked in on a Wednesday June 24th around 11: 00 a.m.
I was asked what did I need and I told the guy I need new line on my real. So he pointed towards the back. Behind the counter there was two guys figuring out something they looked at me they knew exactly I was there for fishing line and decided not to acknowledge me. I stood there for like about 2 minutes then I walked out and that's when I found aloha fish and tackle. I highly recommend aloha fish and tackle the dude is so friendly.

Called today to inquire some info on how to purchase a hunting rifle since I am not interested in hand gun. I ask what type of paper work or permit I need to purchase a bolt action hunting rifle. Had to explain my question twice to the lady on the phone. She didn't seem to want to help me and told me to go to CA DOJ to look it up. After half an hour searching I still do not have definitive answer other than driver license and proof of residency. She did not bother to transfer me to someone who can help. What great service.

I had excellent customer service 10 days ago. Now that the virus is here, there is a line of 60 people and they're not even letting anyone in just to do a pick up which is ridiculous. They should have a separate section just for pickups.

Love this place. If you want a gun or ammo this is a place you have to visit. Only downside due to new local laws ammo is not on display anymore so you can't go "supermarket" shopping for ammo anymore

10/3/18 Wednesday at 4: 23pm worst service ever stood in front of the gun counter waiting to buy hunting ammo three out of four workers behind the counter acted like they with so busy not one person greeted me or asked me for help only one worker out of the four was busy with a customer I tried to ask nicely for some help and was ignored after standing there for 20 minutes I just walked never coming back here again

Try to purchase a hand gun and the lady with glasses was rude and unhelpful.also saw that she did not want to help because her roommate was there.made some mistakes on the forms and she couldn't explain what the problem was.she expecting me to know for my first time purchaseing an arms so I just left never going again.glad the the tusten one was really helpful and and nice

Bought a beretta 92fs go on my day of pick up to have them tell me they mixed up my handgun with another man's gun in another store. The guy had the nerve to tell me that beretta themselves had mixed them up even though when you do all the paper work the gun he showed me was the same one so how does it get mixed up in 10 days. It's not like the send it back to the manufacturer in Italy. Never buy again

Racial Profile Much? My brother (Caucasian) had zero issues walking into Turner's and getting assistance with the purchase of a firearm. Standing next to him, my husband (Southern European aka olive skinned) was met with hostility by the manager. Sales staff were helpful until manager rushes over to create an issue that was not appropriate for the intended sale. So disappointed.

Great location!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The location is pretty spacious and offers a good selection of outdoors material. Firearm staff waste little time in helping you get the DROS paperwork out of the way in a timely manner. Overall, this Turner's location is awesome and serves as a bastion for outdoors and firearms enthusiats.

Buying ammo here is annoying. I waited for a while, then I gave up. I told the girl at the register. She said it would probably be easier to buy ammo somewhere else.

I swear this is the best plave I have every gone to buy guns.i noe have bought 2 handguns from them and will keep going for my weapons needs.they are so patient and willing to show you anything you want to know and also take their time explaining things to you they do not make you feel incompetent in any way so if you're not sure about something you feel comfortable enough to ask them about it I absolutely adore all the workers there and they have been so kind!

Amazing prices, customer service and selection. The indoor archery range is incredibly nice, I will definitely be back for my 2nd bow!

Friendly staff and helpful, I visit many guns shop, turners is the best for me when I speak about the customer services not only this branch also I have been in other stores it’s same dealing. But for me it’s difficult to find the accessories for my sig sauer in many places in California. I got from them the pistol case 9” for 10$ +tax which was really fat to my guns and it’s good quality.
