Service was very disrespectful. The worker answered questions very generically and while purchasing ammo, was unclear and rude when we had miscommunication, which even lead to him charging more for his mistake (with absolutely no remorse). The vibe felt incredibly unfriendly towards new customers. One of the worst experiences I have had with customer service at a store.

I haven't had a chance to visit Turner's Outdoorsman yet but I am very impressed with their ads and I like their prices.

Brock helped me get an amazing deal on a Battle Arms Development 5.56 and I couldn’t be happier. His knowledge in firearms makes purchasing a weapon from this location worth your while. He also helped assemble my semiautomatic 12 gauge which proved to be a challenge for me. His knowledge on AR accessories is also a major plus. Thank you Brock and Turner’s!

Service was good, good selection. The had a roger mini 30 which I haven't seen in a while but what I liked most is they let me buy out all the 5.7 they had most stores have a limit on how much you can buy

This is a quality shop with well educated staff and good prices on firearms. I bought a glock 26, mossberg 590, windicator 38 special, and now a FN five seven. Most of them were on sale! Definitely recommend checking out this shop and just a quick tip always do your research before purchasing any firearm for ex safety, paperwork, laws etc but if you are new to 2A the staff will definitely help out and be kind!

Outstanding customer service. The staff took time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Didn't find the handgun I was looking for but had a great experience. Will definitely go there again for ammo and other accessories.

Poor customer service. As fast as they put it up, will be as fast as it goes out of business. Dont waste your time or money here with unprofessional workers.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the young woman in there was extremely knowledgeable. But the men (william and Brock) were very condesending and rude. I just asked a question about why they would be able to keep 30% of the purchase price if denied by the government. And williams reply was very rude he said " if you don't think you can buy a gun then you shouldn't even try" may I remind you I am not a felon. Just had my license suspended in the past and was just curious as to why they felt entitled to such a high percentage of my hard earned money for me choosing to do my business there. I called a bunch of other places and that is an extreme mark up. Matter of fact they are the only ones over 15% to provide these services. Choose wisely. I'm sure anybody from the outside looking in can see these companies are robbing people. Please beware of inflated cancellation fees. Any smart person know business is better conducted somewhere else with understandable fees. God bless everybody be careful out there.

I thought when it's lifetime warranty it mean if broken bring it in to get a new one right or am I not understanding what the lifetime warranty is there for because this afternoon I took in my broken 8ft California ctx 801-2 spinning trout rod in for the lifetime warranty that turner's have but instead I was charged $60 for giving this store my broken rod for a new rod. I'm still a bit confused and disappointed because I had to drive from Sacramento to this stores location just to be charged for that.what the heck is going on with the lifetime warranty anyways if I still need to pay $60 for giving the broken rod for the new rod.the asian looking dude that claim to be the manager in the fishing department at this location have a real bad attitude and customer service.he was the one that charged me the $60 so I don't really know what else to say about this but I'm definitely not coming back to this location no more.

Customer Service here is Exceptional & out of this Universe! From every aspect of my visit, each Turner's representative was extremely helpful and provided true customer service at the highest levels and left me feeling like I definitely would insist on coming here first for any products and services offered before going any where else. I visited the firearms counter and Randy helped me through all the processes required for ownership and he did so with utmost respect, kindness, patience, friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. I also visited the checkout counter and Chuck, too, was awesomely kind and friendly. To the team at Turner's, thanks so much for making my experience there a Welcome one and so comfortable as well. Thank you to Anthony as well for the assistance the day before and working with me with the transfer, you are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Turner's for all your "outdoor sporting" needs.

Great shopping experience with Turner outdoor sporting, Great customer experience and really welcoming, the staff there are very experience in the stuff they sale there. I would recommend anyone to go there for there outdoor stuff needs. 5 Star keep up the great work.

Great prices on ammo when they have some, and the staff is very nice, not the typical gun elites you find at alot of shops.

I use to shop at Turners in Long Beach and was one thing I missed when I moved to Stockton 20 years ago. I was thrilled when I learned they were opening a new store in Stockton and again have my favorite sporting goods store to browse when I get bored. I have always found Turner's to carry quality products and the sales personnel to be knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Anyone having problems with Turner's employees better check their own attitude before blaming someone else.
