My dog Charlie Brown actually looks forward to going for his grooming and wash! These guys are amazing and very caring. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Pretty disappointed: (I’ve been coming here for over a year and have always had an great experience, both customer service and quality of work. But for some reason today was the end of that. Not sure if she’s new or whatever but I went in for our appointment today and the person working was pretty rude and really dismissive and insisted that my dog was too matted (after barely touching his back where there were literally no matts) and she said he would need to be shaved down super short when that’s not what I wanted so we left. He had a couple small matts on his feet which I was able to brush out myself in less than 5 minutes. This was clearly just straight up laziness and we won’t be going back unfortunately.

My dog looks so good every time! He really loves going which is a huge statement because he hates the bath but he’ll walk right in!

I love this place! It’s easy to make an appointment even with a short notice. Also, my dogs looks good every single time. Lastly, they send a pickup remainder which is great.

We’ve tried a few spots and Turquoise Tails consistently exceeds expectations for our large Bernese mountain dog.

This is the most perfect labradoodle groom our pup has ever had and he is 4 yrs old.

I usually cringe a little when picking him up from the groomer because he looks too fluffy, or they’ve poodle’d my doodle, however, I was instantly in love with his groom and didn’t feel the need to change a thing! Cecilia did an amazing job and we absolutely could not be happier!

They are the only groomers I can find that are able to keep my dogs fur long enough to be fluffy / scruffy but still look groomed. Not a huge fan of leaving her there for 5 hours though.

Sandi is a very mild demeanor puppy, she seems happy with her care and looks fabulous. The staff are very friendly and professional

We have a very large energetic 1 year old golden retriever. He is a sweetheart but also very curious. He is always happy to go to this groomer as they treat him well without any harshness. Also they do an excellent t job on his dark claws, clipping without hitting the core. They give you a “ almost done “ text so you can pick up right away if you want.

The best! We love Turquoise Tails for our golden retriever. They are so thorough and sweet to our dog. Highly recommend!

My Sadie is terrible to groom! She was not frightened or upset when I picked her up. She was quite calm, And she looks beautiful!

Otis loves his hair cut and so do I. They listen to what I say every time (aka not cutting Otis too short) and he always leaves happy and smelling good.

Excellent place. Dogs are happy to go there. When you pick up, you will get a great looking and smelling dog.

This place is amazing and the people that work there care about the dogs, making sure they feel safe and calm considering the circumstances (of a bath) Amazing! My dog looked and smelled better than she ever did!
