Don’t let this place fool you. Management does not care, or so that’s how they make you feel. I lived here for a year now and that was enough for me. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Lucky to be leaving.

Update:
Now that I have moved I can really say what I hated about this place.
My apartment smelled like weed 24/7. Nothing wrong with the smell of weed but I prefer the smell not be in my home at all times, with my child at home.
There was constant loud people in the bbq/gathering area at all times of the night so obviously “quiet time” is not enforced.
The neighbors above me seem to always be pounding on the living room floor and bouncing their basketball purposely because I complained about the noise being a nuisance.
Management does absolutely nothing!
Parking situation sucks!
Dog poop in all grass areas.
Bums coming in and out. Always find them digging through trash.
Gate broken for months.

It’s been over 21 days and I’m still waiting to see if/when I’ll receive my security deposit?
Of course management always has a reason.
Good luck to whoever moved in to the apartment where I was at.

I came here in the morning it said it will be open at 8am but now it was 8: 20 am that lady was taking her time opening her office. When I waited for her to open she told me I need to apply online to make a appointment to see the apartment it said walk-in are welcomes,

The water is very very hard in this complex. You can’t do anything about it either, your skin and hair will notice. Even if you’re used to very hard water over-time it’ll cause hair loss and give you rough skin. It’s the case with all the apartments in this area I will say, and the rest of the inland empire. If you can avoid moving into an apartment so you can get a water softening system.

Jorge from maintenance is always a pleasure to work with. Unlike the last maintenance guy, he actually gets stuff done in a timely manner, always explains things thoroughly and does a great job!

I have been living here for about 4 month now and I can honestly say we love it! So beautiful and clean plus we have great friendly neighbors. My kids have so many friends and the know everyone and everyone says hello back:)

Almost never in office. Don't answer the phone and even so it's a gated community. They do not refund the holding fee of 250.

Terrible property management. Rude to say the least. Greystar (the management company) is no better. We’re still waiting for our $250 deposit to be refunded. They require you to pay the holding deposit and sign a document when submitting an application that states you will receive your holding deposit within 21 days from denial. We’re now on day 46 and still no money back. Property manager has provided nothing but excuses and promise dates of when we would have our refund but those dates have come and gone. Now she no longer responds to any emails. Called the regional manager and didn’t even get a voicemail, just a personalized message across my phone screen stating “I’m busy”. Then contacted the corporate office via the Resident Assistance page on the Greystar website and just like the others, Greystar has not responded. We applied 4/5/23, denied 4/11/23 and was told we’d have the refund check by 5/2/23 via USPS. Well its now way past the 21 days and Greystar is now in noncompliance with their own policy. It’s been a major nightmare!

Moving is so stressful especially from another state but Amber (Property Manager) has made the moving process so easy. She was quick to respond and very understanding. She’s such a doll very energetic and professional. So far the complex seems quiet haven’t had no bad experiences yet.

I’ve tried on multiple occasions and different outlets to reach out on leasing information from this complex and have came up empty handed every single time. I even used their website to set up a tour and when I showed up no one was in the office, so i called the office and left a message, you think they called me back? NOPE! If this is how poorly you operate with potential future residents then I can only imagine the poor service you provide to the residents that actually rent from you.
