I’ve lived at this complex since 2015! It’s been a very good experience! Leo and the team that maintain the property are amazing! Friendly, safe, caring and quickly responsive to any needs. So important in a community!
The complex is clean, safe, and a beautiful place to live with mature trees, responsible pet owners and friendly neighbors. And the individual homes are situated well.
It can be noisy with families with children, especially around the pool - to be expected in summer! And with all the improvements and maintenance to the grounds. But the improvements seem to have slowed, they may be all done!:) So the noise level has improved a ton!
I be lived it here and recently helped additional family members move in as well.

I lived there 1 year and just moved out. I was only present in the apartment half the time being gone on business travel. Never touched the walls by hanging anything and got charged a lot of ancillary charges for cleaning, paint and service charges. Tried to dispute it with common sense and sharing the fact the apartment was rarely used but I just got the response that it was their policy. Shame on you. Do not move there. Walls are thin and constant construction noise also.

Whatever you do, don't live here. There's constant construction going on (going on a year at this point), the garage door openers are very noisy and neighbors coming home at late hour _will_ be quite audible in your apartment. Most of all, the leasing office will tell you that the construction is scheduled to be complete "soon". It won't.
