Tuscany Villas Apartments

If you plan on moving here there are things to note,
-paper thin walls.
-I am a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD and Unfortunately, I had next door neighbors that would day in and day out, play war video games on their surround sound for hours on end. It was non stop gun fire and explosions. This was obviously a trigger for me! (But apparently it's ok because it's between the hours of 8am-10pm)
-when it rains here the parking lot floods so make sure to bring extra shoes and socks to your car so you can change once you get in.
-Make sure you own a good pair of noise cancelling headphones because you can hear every single thing your next door neighbor is doing and talking about. -Also, if you have any service request please be patient! Mine has been submitted and unanswered for several weeks now!
-if you like the smell of weed and cigarettes you'll be right at home here because nearly everyone smokes.
-Good place if you have a pet, my neighbors dog barks all day it's always fun waking up in the middle of the night to dogs barking.
-for some reason it's the trend to slam your front door here, and as mentioned before the walls are super thin here so it's always a fun surprise at every god forsaken hour.
-I live on the second floor so I don't really have to deal with this, but apparently (from what the manager told me) the tenants living on the ground floor are constantly moving out because people are always stomping above them. Which holds merit in my eyes, the retention rate of tenants on the ground floor is obnoxiously low. I mean seriously I've seen people move in and a month later they're gone because they can't take the noise from their upstairs neighbor which again points to the paper thin super cheap construction of these buildings.
-extremely expensive, 3k a month for 2 bedroom and low quality housing, not to mention they don't answer their emergency maintenance line. So if you have anything super urgent like a plumbing emergency after hours, they won't answer.

-However, despite all of these points I do want to add that the manager Mara, and the maintenance guy Ron are very nice people!

Me and my sisters applied for this place and the lady that works at the office was very rude she informed both my sisters they where denied without even running the screening so I applied for myself and she stated that Im going to try to have my sister living with me which is not true and saying I don’t work for a place that she never even called to verify. I need to speak with somebody that’s owns the property asap

I have never been treated as poorly as i have here. I was told the hallway carpet would be replaced when i moved in. I asked them 6 months later and still nothing done. I asked to have to the water heater turned up a little cause my shower isn't hot enough and now its 3 weeks later and nothing has been done. There are other things too but i won't get into it.
