2From the day I moved in I felt picked on by management I had no peace at all calls emails about the lady upstairs an smoke I wasn’t smoking there where so many roaches omg I literally paid more in rent than anyone on the north side there gate is always broken some one tried to break in twice an the gate hit my car when I told manager acted like I was lien he tells everybody’s business if your late they on rent o your getting evicted they gave the money back to me then when I tried to move they bad mouthed me so I couldn’t move an when I left that apartment was clean they charged me for normal wear an tear don’t move there they are putting people out left an right
AT FIRST IT WAS AMAZING BUT THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. They evicted us even when my mom was trying to pay rent they told her it was covered and then they had the police come to our door. THE STAFF, HORRIBLE only good one is max.and they have mouses and ants and horrible water bugs. The apartment was falling apart and they don't answer the calls, no parking and the pond stinks but the ducks are the only good part. I WOULD NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN! Also KEEP YOUR KIDS INSIDE
