You have to respect an insurance broker who looks at your current policy with another company and says, "Your coverage is good. Stay where you are for now and if anything changes, let me know". Jeff Perkins with Tustin Insurance Agency immediately earned my respect right there. A year or so later my policies with another broker were due for renewal and their costs as well as my insurance needs had changed. I went back to Jeff at Tustin Insurance and he was able to provide me with better coverage and at a lower price. I have now used Jeff for a number of years for all of my insurance needs. Cars, homeowners, earthquake and umbrella policies. A couple of things to note that set Jeff apart. He answers your calls! When a person ran a red light and hit my car, Jeff was my first call. He answered immediately and was a huge help while I was dealing with the person who caused the accident and with the witnesses. He also was there through the entire repair process and made certain that everything was taken care of from rental cars to the repairs. Total piece of mind when you have Jeff and Tustin Insurance protecting you! I highly recommend them to all of my family, friends and my cleints! The Best!

What can I say about Jeff Perkins…I will start with he is the best of the best. He is honest! I think this describes him the most as we have reviewed my policies many times. He has been able to help many of my friends lower rates, dispose of anything they don’t need…very honest.

Jeff Perkins does not conduct business ethically. I would highly recommend to steer clear of this company. We have had a terrible experience with them, and would recommend not using them.

I would not recommend using Jeff Perkins at all. He lied to a government agency about me, and provided falsified information. I can prove without a doubt my claims are true, and I have documentation to prove my claims. He is not an ethical person, and I would highly recommend staying far away from his agency. I switched my insurance to another company because of the way Jeff Perkins behaves. I would implore anyone who reads this to looks elsewhere, because you will almost certainly end up with a negative experience.

I would not recommend using this company. Jeff Perkins is unethical in his business practices. Steer clear!
