My wife and I both have a Lexus. We have been coming to Tustin Lexus for service for 20 years. Rick Massucci has been taking care of both of our cars for the last 18 years. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always leaves us feeling like he isn't just a customer service guy, but someone who really cares about us and our cars. The service has ALWAYS been excellent and if we ever have any questions, Rick gets back with us right away.

I am so impressed by Tustin Lexus. I used to service my 450H at another dealership in Cerritos and they were horrible. Too many bad experiences. I will make the further drive to Tustin Lexus due to the honest, fast, reliable, and great service I experience at this Lexus dealership. My service advisor, Derrick is awesome and always reliable and honest. He doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. If you own a Lexus you know the maintenance is not cheap but you will feel like your money was well spent here. I know if I am in the market for another Lexus I will definitely purchase at this Lexus. (just waiting for an all electric suv)

I came in to pick up transmission fluid it took 20 minutes before anyone help me by the time I got out I had spent 30 minutes waiting on 1 cases of transmission fluid it was as if no one wanted to help me. Very disappointing

My wife and I were in the market for a small SUV to replace our family’s sedan. After roaming the vast expanse of LA county for RAV4’s we found ourselves extremely disappointed in the used market and it’s offerings not to mention the typical treatment of non luxury dealers. After some research we found that Lexus offered all of the bells and whistles we wanted out of a RAV4 with not nearly as much of a premium in price than we assumed. Rex was our point of contact and allowed us the space to research the area’s pricing without any sort of pressure to buy. He took his time explaining all of the features included in a model we liked and made us feel like he was on our side during the negotiation process. We stood by our offer and got them to come up on our trade to leave with a price we felt good about. Overall best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No pressure. Polite staff. Clean and organized showroom. We look forward to buying our next car from Tustin Lexus. We can only hope our salesperson Rex is still there!

Took my car in for a flat tire and the 5000 mile oil change. Evan was great to work with. He kept mr informed and my car was very clean when bbn I picked it up.

Iman Azimi who helped me for recall service. He is very friendly and knowlegeable. The service was fast and good. It is very convenience for me to drop off and pick up a car within my living area. Thanks Iman and service staffs to make my car driving safe and better.

Dropped a customer's car off. Wish the drop off lot was bigger and not so congested. Lot porters were quick to let you know where they wanted it. Nice facility.

I normally don’t write review online, but this time I have to. Avoid this place if you can. Very rude sales person, waiting forever for a test drive. This dealer treat customers so badly. The worst customer service I had experienced. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer if you want to get a Lexus. We directly went to another dealer and test drive the car we want right away with very friendly customer service.

Worst Lexus dealer there is. Dont waste your time there. Worked with Jessie for about an hour and after finalizing everything he said they are closing in 10 minutes and will call me first thing in the morning. NEVER CALLED OR ANYTHING. I ended up getting an NX F sport from somewhere else. By the way, love the car but not the dealer. Just stay away from here.

Awful. Tried to shop for an RX and salesperson by the name of Andy Trần didn’t want to sell us a car. He told us to go buy somewhere else. Very strange behavior and did not expect this coming from a dealership where I normally get great service for repairs and maintenance on my IS. This is disappointing and because of this bad experience I will not longer do business here because I no longer feel welcome.

Unless Your ready to buy on the spot, don’t brother. I came to see if I wanted the nx vs rx. I had ask for a sale man. They were all in a corner talking, doing nothing. When one finally came they ask if I was just looking. I responding yes compare both the rx vs nx. His response was “ok we’ll both cars are open, please close them when ur done. ” And walked away. Lol

Recently moved to Tustin and my first visit at this dealership, wonderful people and fast service, thank you guys.

The best Lexus dealer I know of.thanks to Rene the service manager! I hope it does not change to reflect the questionable values, like greed and pressured up-sale.
