I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I did my application online and when I got to the dealership I asked for Hannah. Hanna helped me, she answer all my question and I was in and out within an hour. Everything went smooth and that’s exactly what I wanted! I walked away happy with the car i wanted. Definitely would come back.

This review is specifically for Service.
I scheduled a service appointment for October 1st online. I arrived on time for appointment and was told to wait in vehicle for a service advisor. I waited probably 10 minutes before being greeted by Jorge Mendoza. We walked over to Jorge's desk to discuss the service appointment. He advised that for the service (40k service oil change, tire rotation, etc) it would be about 1.5 to 2 hours. I thought that was long but he explained they were the largest dealer in the area and were extremely busy. I took a seat in the waiting area while the service was being completed. Overall, it took a little over an hour and half. Jorge went over the multi point inspection noting everything was fine, all marked "green" on the inspection form he gave me. The paperwork noted that the tech, Erick Rios, performed an oil change, tire rotation and checked and topped off ALL fluids.
Which brings to my surprise only 26 days later when my low washer fluid light is now in my vehicle.

How do I know that any service was actually performed on my vehicle?

I will not be returning to Tustin Toyota as they don't seem to be able to complete a simple task as checking and filling washer fluid.

We just purchased a new Rav4 Prime from Kevin Raygoza & Mario Arellano and couldn't have had a better experience. Kevin didn't waste our time with nonsense. He was personable, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we tried to make the best decision possible for our family.
Bob Barham finished all of the paperwork and was a pleasure as well.
I would highly recommend Tustin Toyota and Kevin Raygoza if you're in the market for a great vehicle at a fair price.

I came in to look at a 2014 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4WD. I was treated excellent by the staff and can not thank Johnny Q (Sales Manager) and Jesus (Sales Assistant) enough for their assistance. Very professional and a no nonsense dealership that I would definitely go to again. I highly recommend them!

Four tire rotation was not performed according to my preferred criss-cross pattern on October 27. I wish the technician had paid more attention. A good automotive service includes not only results, but also customer confidence.

I always take my Prius to Tustin Toyota. They take good care of my car and they are very accommodating with scheduling.

Well what else can I say about this dealership costumer service is the best service was done as promised comfortable place while you wait for your car to be ready the place was really clean I highly recommend this dealership

The best buying experience I've ever had. Contacted them over internet and got the price quote that beats other dealers around the area. The finance guy didn't sell me unnecessary items and give me good advice on the car. Thanks Tustin Toyota for honest transaction. Will buy again.

I had a flat tire on the freeway and needed two new tires. One dealership didn’t have the tires I needed for my Prius.

Went to Tustin Toyota the next day. They were very busy but happily agreed to fix my problem. They drove me home on their shuttle and had my car ready at the end of the day - with a car wash thrown in!

Dave was terrific in getting everything handled! I learned that on this busy Saturday, the Tustin team hand 260 appointments and served 300 customers! Really a tremendous effort by this amazing team! I will do all my service appointments at Tustin!

My first car was purchased here at Tustin toyota and 18 years later I keep coming back to Mario Arellano and Jesus Leon. They are a dynamite team! They have made me feel like family and I have referred friends and family to them. They helped me get out of my lease that had me at high monthly payment and got me into a new Camry SE today. My visit took no more then 2 hours. If you are looking for a great deal and salesmen that are honest and truly care. Ask for Mario and Jesus!

Started working with CODY CARTER about 3 months ago. Took a couple of weeks to know which car I was looking for. Then it was time to talk numbers and lock in pricing (per Cody if locked in before next month still good for current months rates / rebates). Had no problem communicating though text as he would respond within an hour or so after each text. Waited 2 months for the car to be manufactured and shipped. Past 2 weeks been trying to get a hold of the guy and nothing! Called dealer/ texted multiple times and no response! I Would have my friends call and pose as new customers and he would call them back instantaneously! Called manager and complained regarding issue and he texts 10 mins later saying car won’t be manufactured due to Covid. Checked inventory 2 days later and car is on the lot! All of this non sense just so they can sell car for a couple of grand more!

Always pleasant to visit Tustin Toyota for any type of service. No unnecessary wait, no rude employees, kind transportation arrangements.
Highly recommended.

Leo was so helpful. Great customer service. I took the train from San Diego and he came and picked me up so I could buy our new Sienna! I’d highly recommend Tustin Toyota.
