Boba is good, and staff is very nice, willing to take special requests

Rude service. Bought four yogurts. After my children ate their yogurt with their spoons, they asked whether they could take two boba straws because they like playing with them. The employee was visibly irritated by the request, rolled her eyes, and sighed - as if we were asking for her kidney. (She was not confused by the request.) Even before the straw request, service was cold.
Also you can’t dispense your own yogurt or scoop your own toppings. Won’t come back - better option down the block.
