Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, Stockton CA

I went to the tutti frutti in the Sherwood plaza on 7/11/23 and I was greeted by a very rude cashier also had to wait for her to come from the back to the front to pay for my order I then sat down and enjoyed yogurt with my family only for an elderly woman maybe 65 Plus to come in get her a little ice cream have a little hard time getting to the cashier only to have to yell for about 5 minutes for the little girl that was working there to come to the front as the curtain was half drawn you could see she was playing on her phone and then when she did come to the front she pushed the curtains open violently stomped her way to the cash register and said "ANNND"to the lady. After the lady had been screaming hello hello for like 5 minutes and then the lady looked over at me and said "she's back there playing on her phone I'm in a hurry" my response to the lady was "I know she did the same thing to us! " And everyone that came in had to wait for her to come from the back get off her phone to be able to pay for their stuff and they had to stand in line 2-8 minutes just to pay for it this is the worst service I had ever experienced in my life I won't be going to tutti frutti anymore I guess I'll be going to boba from here on out I don't know if y'all have cameras and you're sure would plaza in Stockton California tutti frutti building but the young lady that was working there yesterday was the rudest I've ever encountered in my life

Little variety of flavors but what's there are very rich, the service is good PEEEEEROOOO the cleaning is very poor, the floors and windows are sooooo dirty. They should be more careful about that! There are very few places like this and the public deserves more care in cleaning!

Young lady in yellow today was very kind. My kids loved her! Their toppings were very clean and the matcha flavor is sooooo good. Gotta try them out if you haven't!

Always enjoy coming here. Love all the options they offer. Staff is always friendly as well.

Cashier in the front with white top and black cardigan had a nasty attitude for no reason. While restocking the toppings she was throwing it on the counter and was rude to my two year old daughter for no reason. If you can’t handle customer or kids don’t work there

Nice frozen yogurt, especially love the taro flavor. Serve yourself from open yogurt machines. Sold by the weight, so be careful when filling your cup.

I feel like it's gotten more expensive. Not a big fan of frozen yogurt but they have decent flavors and toppings.i visit once in a blue moon.
