I have had so e rather unpleasant dealer service experiences in the past with other dealerships. Tuttle Click was much better and didn't try to upsell me services I didn't need. I would bring my car back in the future.
I had a phenomenal experience at Tuttle-Click Ford! From start to finish, I felt welcomed, taken care of and well informed. John, our primary sales contact was a 10 out of 10 sales experience. I’d feel comfortable sending any of my friends or family his way when it’s time for a new car. He went above and beyond in showing me all of the features of the car and treating us with kindness! Sha in finance was wonderful at explaining all of our warranty and maintenance options and very personable. He made the paperwork a breeze. It was a stress-free morning at the dealership thanks to the amazing team at Tuttle-Click Ford!
Have been getting phone calls from this dealership over the last week. I finally answered and start talking to a salesmen named Lucky (949/664/3404) He started to tell me that they received a f350 that was ordered by me under my name. He said that it is weird that it showed with your name on it and you didn’t order it and that he saw I was in the dealership in 2019 looking for a truck. I then asked a few questions about the truck and he told that if you order a truck you get the MSRP price but anything on the lot has a 7k mark up on it. I told him about that 19 F250 I had and he said send the mileage and vin over so I did and he said my truck as only worth 64k but when I go and sent him the Kelly blue book value it was 66k to 71k. He then told me to go to Carmax but he could only offer auction price. Then I saw the truck on their website that he said that just came in and was ordered by me. I hate when dealerships are shading and not honest with their customers and started the relationship on a lie so what are doing to their other customers. Lucky then choose to not respond to me after I call him out on the lie. I would think twice about doing business with this dealership.
I have owned five or six Ford’s and have been going to Tuttle Click for probably 10 years. They are always gracious, detailed, courteous and have my car completed when promised! I have gotten to know several service advisors and they remember me when I arrive. I support their hard work and would encourage other Ford owners to take advantage of their superior service!
They are very nice, but it seems like they really don’t care too much to help. I pointed to my windshield and the rock that hit it two days before. “ oh my” he said- that’s it? I did have some other questions but never had the time to ask. I am not sure what to do if I have a major problem. Robins Ford gives great service maybe I will see if they can take care of my Lincoln. I bought many of my Navigators from Costa Mesa. They gave great service over there. P S my car is still making the bad sound 5 months later and still not fixed. Thank you for asking.

These guys are the best. Could not get anyone to look at my F250 turbo diesel. They had it fixed in 2 days. Sam Gilani, the service manager went above & beyond.

The team at Tuttle Click was extremely responsive to all of our questions. They helped keep track of our MachE's progress and delivery, answered questions about tax credits and incentives, and were generally accessible. I really appreciated Brandon Hill's attentiveness as we had never ordered a vehicle online sight unseen. Overall, he and the team made the process much easier.

My Mustang GT issue of intermittent rough idling was not resolved by 2 other Ford dealers and I was told because it wasn’t throwing a code, they couldn’t find it.
Tuttle-Click didn’t need a code. They found the cause without it and had it back in my hands within 5 days.
Absolutely awesome service, awesome techs and never made me feel like I was crazy.
And the only dealership to keep me informed without having to always call and find out what was happening.

Definitely one of the faster experiences at a dealership. Worked everything out over email and applied online for financing. There’s nothing worse than spending multiple hours in a car dealership, but I left in just under 2 hours.
Great experience with the service folks at Tuttle-Click. I've dealt with many very good service departments in various brands over the years, with people who clearly care about helping. But at Tuttle-click it's as though I'm dealing with a brother or other family member. Highest recommendation.

My 18 old son went to another dealership for an oil change and they tried to push $500 of "preventative" maintenance on him. He left and I took him to Tuttle. The advisors were all very professional. No upselling pressure and no one trying to take advantage of a teenager. We will definitely be back.
