Paco is very great at his job, always on it when it comes to something being fixed, explains very well on what the problem is and fixes is quickly; He definitely makes it way easier to enjoy our home, i give him a 10/10 for being a great maintenance/ person! Thank you paco for always making sure everything is fixed

Management is selective of whom to help best. Of course newer residents would remark better experiences than older residents. This is fairly due to making newer residents happy and of course tend to their needs best.
I have been living here for 3 years and within that time have experienced great and not so great managers.
The last 2 years were rough as we experienced 2 slabs leaks and an enormous amount of heat in my unit. Currently now a lot of heat, plumbing issues and possibly a 3rd slab leak. First time around it was handled very poorly and without and consideration of my living situation or compensation to my rent as it was such a nightmare moving my furniture and life around for a building issue. We are again living the same nightmare currently and I have tired reaching out to management, regional management and all left me in the dark and now 1 whole week has now past with no current response.
This property is managed so bad by Davlyn Investments that upon receiving this review there will surely be a comment advising for us to contact the office. No one in this place cares to leave their desk to check on issues. Maintenance is the only one seamlessly looking around for issues and even then things get overlooked. The property has potential to thrive but sadly it's not run very well at this time. Thankfully there are good reviews if people that are loving living here but sadly it has not been that for me since the new manager came in.
That's my truth and this review will either let me know if there will be more retaliation or better communication through management.

I moved to “Twenty 2 Eleven Apartments” at the beginning of February. My as we move was very quick and convenient, the manager Damion helped me a lot with this. I love living in this complex, the pool and jacuzzi area is my favorite, it is very well maintained and always clean. During my 4 months of living here, I had one problem with the apartment, which Damion solved in a few hours. Employees who take care of the territory of the complex try to maintain constant cleanliness and order. If I had any questions, Precious and Damion were always there to help. The renovation in the apartment was updated before our arrival. Among the electrical appliances in the apartment were: a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a stove (oven). It was obvious that the previous tenants had recently moved out, as there were several children's toys on the balcony, but it was clear that the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned before moving in (the carpet was as soft as a cloud). When I was looking for housing to move to, I visited many different complexes, and in my subjective opinion - “Twenty 2 Eleven” is the best in Winnetka. The rent includes not only the spa area (pool and jacuzzi), but also a grill and a small gym, and cool neighbors

As a resident of twenty2 Eleven, I have had the pleasure of interacting with you on numerous occasions. Your attention to detail and prompt response to any issues that arise is commendable. I have never had any problems that you were unable to solve quickly and efficiently. Your professionalism and dedication to your job are truly impressive, and I am grateful for all that you do to ensure that residents like myself feel safe and comfortable in our homes. I am particularly impressed with the way you handled the recent repairs that were required in my apartment. Your swift action and efficient management of the repair process ensured that my bathroom is restored to its original state. Your communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and it is clear and your kind gesture was much appreciated.
Finally I would like to say that you are an outstanding property manager, and I am grateful to have you overseeing the complex. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, and please keep up the fantastic job.

Twenty2eleven apartments really came to the rescue for me when I needed a place to move into upon my previous home breaching my contract due to unforeseen circumstances. It was my first time applying to an apartment on my own, and Damion made the process super simple, helped me with all my newbie-renter questions and helped me secure my first home in LA by myself. He was also very knowledgeable about the community, and this is defiantly a fantastic place for starting out or looking for a long-term safe community to spend your time in. The prices are hard to beat and the staff/community are hard to pass on as well. Thank you!

There is a strange guys and his gf who live here and steal from people in the complex and also steal from people in the vicinity. I had visited them a couple times there as a friend and let the borrow my laptop as well but they ended up stealing my property and never contacting me again. There was also trash all over their hallway all the time. I never lived here I just know that these people are causing trouble in your building and I HIGHLY suggest based on other neighbors saying the same thing, that these people are dealt with.

IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD. ROACHES, DIRTY, OLD ZERO UPGRADES, WHOLES, THE LADY IN THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IS RUDE AF. ONE AIR CONDITIONER. YOU WILL DIE IN THE SUMMER. MULTIPLE CAR BREAK INS AND 2 APTS GOT ROBBED, ON SITE MANAGEMENT WAS SCARED TO EVITE A WEIRD GUY AND POLICE WAS CALLED ON MULTIPLE TIMES. THE LIST GOES ON. PLEASE INVEST, KEEP PEOPLE SAFE, YOUR PLACE HAS POTENTIAL START UPGRADING IT ONE BY ONE

Love this place great management friendly and the maintenance precious is always attentive.

I lived at 20211 apartments for couple of months in summer of 2022. I have neutral comments about the place. Roció who was the one that did my leasing paper work was very nice. The apartment complex is not updated so much compared to other in the area. The layout of the apt I used to live in was facing an abandoned building so my view was not that great and it was kind of dark most of the daylight, also the apt only has one air conditioning for the whole unit which was not convenient for the summer months. The pool area is very well kept and clean I must say. Maintenance is ok. Like they say you get what you paid for it right? Preciouz the property manager is super helpful when it comes to listen to you if you have a complaint or any issues in your apartment.overall it was ok living there for short period of time. Thank you Preciouz for your help while I was living there.
