Twin Lakes Campground reviews
8Bathrooms where very clean and well kept, trash taken out twice a day. The camp host came by often and asked how we where doing, their black lab Buddy was super friendly and they walked him by having him off leash walking/trotting next to the golf cart. He was very cute. Very dog friendly and very nice. Cheap sites for weekend, honor policy with firewood, $8 or $30 for 4 bundles. Wood lasted all weekend with extra.
This is probably my favorite campground. The campground host was the nicest ever. This is bear country, and we saw one visit some of the other campers
Camp hosts are great, supervisors and management needs to learn how to help hosts in their mission, they only seem to denigrate employees
Management takes issues with campers and was very rude to us, this "Rick" guy needs to learn his place.
We stayed there for 2 nights. Nature was stunning especially the waterfall. It was cold in the night and have some more blanket if you’re staying.
Beautiful campground with lots of shade! Clean bathrooms. Easy to navigate. Not much luck fishing, but we're coming back in a few weeks for another stay.
We live this campground. Quiet, secluded yet close to town, lake is incredible and hiking nearby. Just sharing, we walked it on 7/2/23, and confirming it’s closed with good reason. Still some snow but very site has downed trees, ponds of water, sunken tables and fire pits…based on observations it will be at least a month before it’s ready for camping!
Wow what a great place! This place is BIG & BEAUTIFUL with lots of campsites both with hook-ups and those for dry camping. The camp store was stocked with just about everything and the gift shop was full of fun stuff to buy! The lake’s are big and full of fish. We rented a boat and caught many trout. Our rv neighbors were very friendly and many of the others campers were too! The restaurant and bar were both a welcome sight, nice staff and they even cooked our trout with all the sides to enjoy- it was delicious! I would highly recommend this campground to anyone who is willing to make to drive. Note - we were off grid with no phone service while staying but that was our choice because there are options to access WiFi with a fee.
