I had my nails done on Friday and by Monday 3 of my nails came off so disappointing they charge me for pedicure and gel nail 95 dollars

Came to LA for my birthday looking for a last minute lash tech and Tanya did an AMAZING job! Definitely recommended!

Its usually crowded but they get u in and out. I get my eyelashes done here as well. You should make a appt for that tho. She over books herself. She's good at what she does!

Very grateful they were able to schedule me in for a last minute walk in pedicure. They have a great range of packages and Thoa was fantastic. Great range of polish colors too. Would definitely recommend!

They are rude and y’all about people in there personal language. Spend your money where people can appreciate you.

Really bad job on pedicures eyelashes are good but I came in for only lashes and they attacked me and by the time I got out of there 300$! Wont go back there again

On 9/13/19, stopped here for Manicure and pedicure. Excellent service but staff not very friendly. Must have been long day but did not smile and seemed frustrated with me or my feet. Ask for Donna next time and try earlier in the day. Still tipped $7 for service only.

The service is not like what it use to be. The staff is friendly but they tell at each other a little too much. I will not be returning here.

I got individual lashes by my girl TANYA. She hooked me up! They look so real it's been a month since ive gotten them done & not 1 lash has fallen out yet! She really takes her time with you & will have you looking like a model lol. Thank you tanya! Ill be back soon (or w/e my lashes decided to fall out) lol

Mani and pedi are good but the older ladies there are so rude. They talk so much trash about the customers and will try to scam you if you don’t pay attention.

Today I went in even though my nails and toes still looked amazing from last week. I got a scrub and a massage.
Its a small price to pay to feel nurtured, happy and sexy.

Wanted to refill my lash extensions. The lady was putting it too close to my eye lid and it burned I had to tell her to stop. I wanted to get my sideburns waxed and she waxed out my edges on the left side of my hair.thank God i stopped her right before she waxed out that on my right side smh. As a black woman, having edges is a must

Kathy had great costumer service. My first visit I was hesitant but once she finished I was definitely pleased with her!

I got a spa mani and pedi and the lady that did it was all business. Which is a good thing. No chit chat, no dilly dallying, just right down to business. The prices are about the same as every other mani/pedi place, so that's good. They prefer cash but to take cards. There was an attempt at upsells, but that's nothing out of the ordinary. The massage chairs were excellent too. They have a small lot for parking.

Anastasia is the best! She's done my lashes a couple weeks ago and they still look like new! I love her professional attitude and judgement on the style. Will definitely recommend her to my friends!
