I am, absolutely, a happy customer with the services I've received with Sierra Spine Specialist. On 5/12/23, Dr. Napier performed a
4x ACDF surgery. I am 56 years old and had sever nerve pain for years. I was extremely apprehensive regarding this procedure due to my age and complexity of the surgery. I had exhausted every other possible option. Dr. Napier did an acceptional job. My recovery has been amazing. The office staff and physicians have been more than patient with me. Dr. Smith's office is absolutely wonderful. I have been dealing with neck pain for over a decade, and imaging and injections suggested that I needed to consult with his office next. I was very hesitant, but his office is full of rock stars! They were extremely welcoming, informative, non-pushy, and listened (something that seems list in many physician offices lately). I had my neck surgery two weeks ago and I know it was the best decision I could have made. Within 48 hours, the pain in the problem area was gone. Thank you so much!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith since 2015. He has been extremely patient during this process of deciding what I need to do for my back wellness. He did 2 laminectomy surgeries in 2020 which bought 2 years of playing golf. This last surgery was the result of an SI joint issue and the fact that I have been told not to take naproxen for inflammation. We just went in and did 3 level fusions and Si joint. I am still so impressed about the minimal pain I have had for the extensiveness of the surgery. So far, the recovery is going well. Will allow bone graphs, to take over time and have a good solid recovery. Good luck all.

I was referred to Dr. Smith's office for a torn/herniated limber disc from a car accident. The referring doctor told me it would take at least 2 months to get a consult. They called me back in less than a week to fill in a cancelation and I was in just a couple days later. I didn't even have to ask to be put on the cancelation list. They were polite, friendly, professional, and scheduled my procedure for the following week. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The PA, Emily? , was a great listener, answered my questions, manifested a desire to help any way.

It was my last appt. It was a video spot and my last one after my back surgery in January. Brian is great and I’m happy to be done with appts and my back feels wonderful.
