Overall my experience was great. Alma was very helpful and provided great customer service. She secured the moving truck for me and made everything so much easier. Everything fit in one load and I was done. The unit is a good size, was clean and everything from my house fit in there.

Competitive pricing.good customer service.nice quiet storage area.drive up storages.and they usually have some type of promotion going on so for the 1st 2 months it's a really good price and then on the 3rd month it goes to regular pricing but it's fair enough for the location by the freeway.

Truly an amazing group of individuals. Always helpful! Will definitely refer friends to this location.

I rented a small unit this week and I've been in and out a lot since. The manager, Alma, is one of the nicest people I've ever met at this type of facility. Daniel also has been a great help. The facility is very clean and I felt very safe.

I loved this storage place I was here for 3 years and they only raised my rent 1 time for $5.00. Not like cube smart they raised my rent every 6 months $20.00. Thank u Tyler mall mini storage.

Good place to keep your items, I've been here since 2012. The staff was great except one particular guy that took over when Heather lefted. Other then that, they always took care of me. One thing, the storage units gets pretty dusty, protect your stuff.

Had a unit for a few months now and it's been great. Units have easy access, you get a code specific to you. There's room for cars to be side by side when driving right up to your unit. The area is clean and never super busy. Prices aren't too bad either. Thank for hooking us up Danny; you rock.
