Doctor Stephen is very good, but I don’t agree with the policy. After my first ultrasound test, the doctor said I need to get the same exam after 6 months. When the time comes, instead of just requesting the test, the office made me pay the insurance co-pay to talk to the doctor for 1 minute so they can request the test. This practice seems very ridiculous to me. Why do I need to pay co-pay just for a referral? IT IS SO EASY TO MAKE MONEY FROM PATIENTS.
Erica, the girl at the front desk of this hotel, is super friendly. I don’t have insurance. She helped me call everywhere to find solutions. She didn’t even bother to eat lunch. She made me feel warm in a foreign country when I was sick. After all this time, I still think about it and I am very grateful.
