Worst costumer service ever, they are really not there to help you, or make you have a good experience, they are very unprofessional. You should think twice if you’re using this location. Mister Robert the “Manager” was very disrespectful, and shouldn’t work in Costumer service at all

The cashiers are very courteous, but the technicians doing the work cut corners and cause more harm than good to your vehicle.

The worst UHaul experience I have ever had in 25 years of moving around the country. They changed my reservation and said they told me they changed it. They did not. The time and location did not match the reservation the association himself printed out. He couldn’t explain why it was different. I realize it was not his fault directly, but he made no effort to help or express an ounce of empathy. Considering the fact we were packing up and literally leaving. We had no other options, we needed the trailer we reserved weeks in advance. Save yourself the headache and go to the Escondido location. They are outstanding.

Came to get propane was told that guy working doesn't do propane. What a joke fyi take your money somewhere else this place doesn't do squat

Very disappointing- was quoted one price over thr phone and when I showed up they wanted to charge almost 3x.

I went from their shop to Rancho Del Oro and back twice (~30 miles). One month later I get a bill for 77 miles. The distance from Oceanside to *Hollywood*. I think someone entered something in error.

I've been here multiple times, and we should all keep in mind, that the kindest and most respectful people aren't 30 years olds who work at UHAUL. Their service sucks 'cuz that's the type of people who would work there. Don't expect so much from people.

I'll just avoid this UHAUL in the future, and recommend that you do so too; it's the only thing us consumers can do.

They gave my husband a uhaul that had no gas in it and it obviously stopped running when he was a few miles from their facility. An extremely safe situation for him to say the least. They proceeded to tell him that they would be billing us for the tow? The level of disrespect is pretty astonishing. Where is the owner of this business? You should probably be a little more hands on and engage with your contemptuous employees.

Made a reservation a week in advance for a truck and trailer. They called me the day before to tell me that they didn't have either.

The people there were upbeat and one guy was extremely playful; however, they didn’t see to it that I was taken care of. I was picking up a trailer and wanted to see the sizes (I reserved two in case I needed something bigger). They lazily told me to go outside to “x” location and come back in. I had already waited in line for 20 minutes or so. When I got outside they didn’t even have the actual size I reserved first.

When I got back inside they (who had instructed me to go look after waiting for 20 minutes) had moved on to another customer. I had to stand at the back of the line again. Another 10 minutes went by before I was called to the front of the line. I appreciated that. I just wish there would have more customer service.

They didn’t have the equipment to fill my reservation for the 4x8 and no steps were taken to make up for that fact. I was so stressed and upset at the time I didn’t even think about what I should do, so I decided I’d handle it on the other end.
