Vehicle was beyond filthy. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned on inside or outside for months. Smelt dusty and dirty on inside. My expectation when I rent anything is to receive it clean and not have to wipe the entire inside down before operating. Then again the store renting this item is also filthy. Owner did not want to do pre or post inspection. Only said he would send an email with final invoice. Still waiting for invoice to make sure I was charged correctly.
