5They closed a hour before they were suppose to! This location is very difficult to drop off and pick up from since there is no to park. Also be careful in this area too there’s lot of litter and broken glass.
They had the truck and trailer we needed and the service people were helpful. Only issue is it is run down and kinda messy in certain areas.
This is the only negative review I've ever left on a company page. I would not recommend this location EVER. My husband and I had a tight timeline on when friends could help us move so we needed to pick up our uhaul and get it back to our house before noon. The location is strange as it is located behind where the gps take you. When we found the correct area for pick up the employees said they could not find the U-haul keys. They spent 40 minutes looking for the lost keys. This mess-up caused our whole moving day schedule to be thrown off and we did not have the help we thought we would. Go to a different location or use a different company.
The guy in charge is extremely rude was yelling at other customers while we were waiting in line overpriced in extremely disorganized.
They offer pick up 24/7 but don't have any vehicles available within a hundred mile radius. And the youngster there was very rude and cut me off every time I tried to speak so I just left.
