My transfer was delayed and someone from the company called me and threatened never to give a truck again. But yuhol constantly did not provide me with a truck when I booked it and I arrived and there was no truck. And no one solved my issue and did not compensate me for the losses. And now they're calling and threatening me.and they didn’t even begin to listen that I had more things and I didn’t calculate and was ready to pay for one more day. The bald man who booked me at this point. It's terrible.

I am glad that I didn’t go this direction and they cancelled. Whoever I spoke with today had the worst customer service. I understand that I asked for a truck a week ago on short notice, but notifying me two days before with an attitude and no empathy was unnecessary. Hanging up on me also was uncalled for. Thankfully a competitor saved me. Don’t use them.

This location is excellent and my experience was very positive. I arrived promptly at 8am and my vehicle was ready and clean. I was able to accomplish my entire move in less than 3hrs and I was very happy with the outcome. Thanks again for the reasonable rate and for use of the vehicle. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Super nice staff, quick and easy process too. Lots of workers outside as well if you need moving help.

This guy is awful. First of all he won’t let park your car in his lot to even check out the truck/van. Rude and pushy during check in. Truck itself had several check engine lights on. If you can go somewhere else.
