If i could give less I would. My mom went earlier today and I was on the phone helping her so I heard everything going on. They plainly ignored her. Laughed and ridiculed her for not being able to speak English. Then when she tried to get someone else to help her they ignored her. Never again will we ever go here again and I would recommend no one does.

They had the truck I needed when I needed it, and staff was very friendly.

Possibly one of the worst customer service a company can offer. The representatives on the phone are frustrated and awfully rude. Very tough to get answers and also difficult to schedule drop offs.
