7 Didn’t have the truck in time for our reservation, didn’t bother letting us know in advance. Said that we might be able to get our truck 2 hours later, after they were already supposed to be closed and way too late for us.
The person was dismissive and clearly didn’t care at all when the whole issue was on them. Terrible service.
Regarding U-haul rental this place is a mess, 0 customer service, 0 professionalism, the guy (rob) that tried to help me had a 0 knowledge of U-haul policy or rental at all. I don't say this to be a Karen but just to motivate them to train and if they want to work with uhaul at least try to do a good job. This guy was unwilling and dismissive. The whole attitude was like; I don't know, I don't care, here the keys and leave me alone.
Process was such a hassle that we ended up canceling the reservation and leaving without the van.
Ugh, worst rental experience of my life. Online only, had to take like 4 pictures of my license and give several alternate phone numbers. Finally got so frustrated I cancelled the reservation. Plus the parking lot smells of urine.
Super convenient. We just moved and the UPS driver recommended this specific U-Haul for a quick, easy, and affordable pickup truck for an hour. Hassle free.
Process Took too long, did not have the truck I reserved, and the truck I ended up getting was in poor condition. Was in there for an hour I ended up smelling like I was dipped into a deep fryer since it is also a fried chicken stand.
The manager who takes care of uhail is lier, be aware. I asked him twice what rate $/mile i am gonna get if I drive couple miles less than I estimated, he said it is gonna stay same, but it was not. And Uhaul didn't help at all. So don't believe anything they say there and call Uhaul before you take truck from there to be sure.
