Sketchy Location To Return Or Rent From.
I Pull Up To The Location To Return The Truck And Auto Transport. The Guy At The Gate Said, “We Don’t Take Auto Transport Trailers At This Location! ” That Was A Load Of B. S. The Worker Was Just Being Lazy.
This location has a very easy check-out process, super accessible/convenient location. Most notably: Very friendly people as well. The lady running the place was a breath of fresh air compared to other standard experiences with rentals.
Btw I drove a 15ft UHual from LA to Stockton, no issues with the truck, it did very well on the freeway
Every thing went smoothly. Truck was swipe before and after use. Fuel tank was over filled and no word back from them about that.
Well organized and friendly staff. All size trucks for rent to choose from. The office dog, Sol, is very sweet. She'll want her belly rubbed.
Reserved a car dolly to tow my car. Go to pick it up and the place did not have a hitch to buy or sell. So I go and buy one and go back. Upon doing the paperwork they tell me my license is is expired. (Not their fault) however when I made the reservation computer system could have told me then. The computer system told the guy at uhaul he could not rent to me. I take my son to get it, by now it is late in the day so now it would be 2 days rental and the store is closed the next day so now we are looking at 3 days rental. So I TOLD THEM TO STUFF IT AND THANKS FOR WASTING MY ENTIRE DAY.
