Norm was very kind & accommodating. It was getting dark so he kindly walked me to my truck in the snow with his flashlight. This is a small town U-Haul, & you get small town friendly help from Norm. Not like the busier large town U-Haul's where you wait in line forever, & no one goes out of their way to do anything extra to help you. Norm also has a really cool shop. He sells used tools & everything under the sun as far as hardware goes. If you are into that stuff like I am it's pretty amazing! No doubt I wouldn't hesitate coming here again for my U-Haul needs.
Norm has been here for years. If he doesn't have something for you at his location, he will find you something or work to find you something. Call him early and you should have no issues finding what you need.
