Horrible experience, the hitch was not installed. Before I made my appointment I was not able to call any of the 2 closest stores to ask questions (call always ended up in the central). The person that took my order in the central knew only the most basic information, could not even tell me if the installation would take 1 hours or 5 hours. I very specifically ordered the "2-inch" hitch.
I arrived at the shop at the scheduled time was informed that they did not have the hitch in stock. It took then 10 minutes just to get ahold of the other location and another 10 minutes to find out if they had the hitch in stock. I was informed the hitch was found and it was gonna be transported to the location I was at. I then asked to confirm that the part was a 2-inch hitch and the clerk told me it was not, all they had was a 1-1/4 hitch. So I cancelled my order and left - wasted 1 hour at the shop, did not have the hitch installed and had to travel without the bikes as I had planned. Horrible experience all around

Worst U-haul dealership I have experienced. I highly going just about any place else.

The installation was bad. 2 of the 6 bolts was loose and not screwed all the way in. Lucky I always double check everyone's/ anyone working on my vehicle.the insurance is scam. They never said that the warranty would be void if I move to a newer of the same make and model of the vehicle. Due to an accident.did not want to help or discount on reinstalling their own hitch and wiring. I wouldn't recommend. If you still go with this company, do not buy their insurance scam.
