U-Stor-It Self Storage - West Covina

Don’t come here if you’re struggling. I needed a place to Storage my stuff. I can’t carry it with me. I don’t have much space for it. I thought it would be safe because of it being indoors. Nope. I wasn’t safe. Especially when you have a nosey manager. Who was upset if you stayed there longer than a minute. Who only wants you in and out of the units. Can’t stay there under no circumstances. I had a table to study because I couldn’t study at home. Overall worst experience.

Facility is very clean, safe, alot of cameras. George the assistant Mgr. Is very polite, professional

If there was a 6 star option definitely deserved. Totally slipped my mind Saturday is early closing but Brenda was there and let me in quickly. I knew what I needed because I intentionally put the stroller by the door for easy access. In and out in 1 minute and well deserved review. THANK YOU BRENDA!

What an amazing place to do rentals, staff is very friendly and George was very thorough on explaining everything needed to know. I can’t recommend this place enough for self storage and Uhaul rentals! Also when you walk in it’s very nice, clean and very peaceful! (Never see that when it comes to storage units)

The staff here have been great and helpful from the time we moved our stuff til now. Storage area is always clean and I really like the security features to gain access to the place from the roll up doors to the elevator. Recommend this place to any local neighbors.
