Shaun Martin is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Extremely rude, more than happy to throw the book at you even when their own system is the source of a payment error, and willing to curse and threaten to kick you out when not around other customers. I got my stuff out as quick as I could and I can't believe this person calls themselves a working professional. Would never give me his supervisors contact information to clear up the situation or report his behavior. Look up his name in the local courts and you'll see he is specifically named in suits for his behavior. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place by all means!

Lizzette makes my visits so easy peasy when we come in. Such a friendly professional and knowledgeable vibration she generates. U STOR IT. I hope you know that you have a real life angel working for you guys. Thank u Lizzette once more today my transfer of storage units was a piece of cake thanks to you.

I had a wonderful experience with U-Stor-It North Park. Shaun was incredible and made me feel welcome and informed throughout the rental process, which felt absolutely seamless. I trust him and the facility entirely and couldn’t be happier with my decision to lease a storage unit here!

It's nice (supposedly it's climate controlled) and clearly very secure (lots of cameras, keypad entry required to enter/access elevators). It's also very clean.

However, their hours are simply ridiculous. If you have to work a typical daytime shift then you can really only visit your storage unit on the weekends (when the hours are reduced even more since they close early). For the cost, I really don't understand why they have to close so early each day. They even close on holidays. Basically, if you have time to go organize your storage unit, it's very likely it's closed or closing soon. This causes so much unnecessary stress.

Add to this that some of the storage units have a low ceiling with low hanging pipes (that hurt when you hit your head on them) and walls with exposed nails (the sharp end, just to be clear).

All that said, there's really no competition in the area and the existing competitors further away are apparently even worse. This place just barely clears the low hanging bar (err.pipe) so I give them 3/5 stars.

If the hours were improved I'd consider giving this place 5 stars (4.5 stars to be exact).

This facility has material defects. Proper maintenance in not being conducted on the roof for leak prevention. It had a roof leak which flooded my entire storage unit. The unit was left unrepaired months after.

Nice clean facility. Windows on the upper floors make it less formidable than most storage facilities. Friendly staff and professional encounters.

It is extremely difficult to navigate your way through all the hallways in order to find your unit. Also the elevators are a real pain having to punch a code in all the time.a terrible place to rent storage.

Such a wonderful experience. I was able to get my unit fast. Shawn explained everything professionally and has excellent customer service.

If I can give them negative stars I would. I went in person to check in person what are their units and the door was locked but it says "open come in". Also you can see from the entrance that there's no one in the front desk. Tells a lot about how they handle things in here and the management. How can you have business sign that says open but its lock and no person at the front desk to welcome you? Called their number also and no one answered. This is around 2: 30ish pm, tuesday.
