I came here for inspection and this guy asked me if my car will pass the inspection or not. He said if it fails i will get charged another $20. After an hour of wait time i had to go elsewhere not to risk of coming again. Other thing is they tell you its free inspection on the app and they started charging people $20 for inspection. He said the reason was Ab something. I thought it was to prove california we are contractors BS.
Total waste of time and disrespectful staff

A lot of workers sitting idle while people wait more than an hour for assistance with serious app issues. Uber should respect their drivers enough to prioritize immediate need of assistance over idle chitchat.

Been here for 2.5 hours (waited in line at 9: 30 AM) for a vehicle inspection. No communication and everyone is just sitting on their phones.

Today I was in Oakland uber hub office.

After long waiting in the front desk line to register, he told us we have to be seated until our name is called, and he told us the waiting time is about one hour. Then some of us decided to go grab a cup of coffee from the nearby Starbucks. Once I returned after 30 minutes, they closed the door, but still they were serving for those who are inside. Once explained the security I was her and I was told I will be assisted after one hour and I returned in 30 minutes, she told me she will ask them and returned and told now we are closed, so I have to come on Monday, the worst thing she started to push me and telling me come on Monday.

This office they have the worst customer service. They have to learn to respect their drivers.

The wait time is too long now compared to earlier years. There should be more people at the reception desk than one and I think will be little faster.

Will never visit there again cause they're not well trained acknowledge and satisfactory worker. Didn't resolve the issue and bad response to that issue. Told me come tomorrow, means they comprehend others stupids.
They are playing with phone while drivers waiting. Office was look like a party is going on there and careless.
They aren't professional at all.

I had to drive 2 hours to get here, I wish Uber had a closer green light station. Its in Oakland, it's chill. Oh and as a tip, don't forget any necessary paperwork and documents.like I did. If you do forget, you can still get your car inspected so do that!

Way better than calling Uber support. Just wish they had a phone number to call instead of traveling all the way here.good service overall.

This place is horrible. It's hard to call it a business. They must not be paying the employees well, because nobody seems to care about their jobs. Everyone has that " don't want to be here" attitude. Will not be coming here again.

Hit or miss, if you come in one day and they cannot help you just come the next day and someone else will fix your problem that the person the previous day said they could not fix.

Hella idiot folks on the ground for management. It’s so poor quality green spot for Uber. Security was like street kid the way spoke to me i was embarrassed honestly.

Quick service. You want to turn into the second entrance that says Uber, they share this building with another company and I accidentally almost walked into their door instead. Once I did go inside the Uber area there was lots of seating in TVs on for your convenience as you wait. I did not have to wait a long time but I thought all of these amenities were really great

I sign up uber and i have referal. My referal is saying $1025 gurantee after complete 100 trips. After completed 100 trips they just gave me $200. I ask to uber office they reply me “no it depend upon referal time so its only $200”, and i visited uber office and they say it covers by other time promotion ride.haha funny.they never mention about $200 and its very about referal time at the promotion.

Service is quick but employees do not smile, very rude, raise their voice when answering question like we are stupid. Mechanic is on a break but sitting on his desk like he is on duty. When ask if he was the mechanic, he does not look at me and just say "4 minutes" and continue play with his phone. Not a good environment, but get the job done.

Can't support this kinda company! Users/passengers are considered freeloaders taking advantage of desperate drivers just as much as the company does. I can't be associated with that. I'll use a local car service and pay 30% more while feeling better about myself. If I have to wait a bit longer that's fine.

All I hear is users complaining these days about this company and abuses.it's confirms my position.
