The customer service is horrendous. There is no customer service. There are no humans answering emails.

Horrible customer support - can't ever get a real person live. Only copy and pasted responses. Try to be deceptive on purpose in providing you any way to resolve your issues. As an end consumer it's so frustrating to never be actually heard, but just treated as cattle to be fed through some queue. Switched to overwhelmingly using Lyft 6 years ago after a similar support issue (never had a problem there) and wanted to use Uber again for the Marriott points program. I guess not anymore, what a mistake

There was an accessibility issue and there’s is absolutely no way to complain to Uber about it. Their drivers need to be held accountable but Uber doesn’t have a way to make a complaint. Shame. Photos are of the car

Do not give this company your credit card number. They are fraud and have been charging my card for unknown services. I changed my card number with my bank and they got the new one too.no customer service ti call. I am reporting them for business fraud.stay away.run.don't ever use it trust this company.

They where so rude when we just got here to usa, they denied us the opportunity to work and make descent money. They where asking for one tour of driving history but we where just verlt here how could we get that. They made us pay a rental car and pay dmv driving history and at the end nothing was worth it and we lost that money. They where not taking our Mexican driving license as an act of discrimination and not for driving just for proof, because we had our usa driving license.

Uber surcharged me by about 50% on all my 3 rides I took this year, there will be no more!
Upfront charge almost doubled in all cases and after complaining at their useless and clumsy “help” system they kept saying it is my fault because all this charges are tips I gave - although their own Uber receipt states the correct tip amount which was around 10-15% depending on the ride. I made multiple attempts to get that corrected, responses were very slow and now no response anymore to my requests or escalation attempts.

This monstrous company should be shut down for public safety for good. No customer support, no phone numbers, no emails, no live chat. Charging riders accounts for services never provided, aggressive drivers with intimidating behavior, and more.
